About Me
Chloe is a freelance makeup artist who has had a brush in her hand since the time she could walk. Ever since she began oil painting as a child, she never stopped creating. After studying art at UCSB, she spent years honing people-skills in the luxury hospitality and events industry, learning patience, precision, and how to bring visions to life under pressure. Today she channels that creative foundation into makeup artistry, blending painterly technique with a storyteller’s eye to create looks that feel both crafted and personal.
